If Mark was unable to find a suitable person he would arrive and take on the job himself until a replacement could be found. When one of our staff broke her foot we immediately contacted Mark to help us out with a temp kitchen hand until we could make other arrangements. Highly recommend Mark for his communication and immediate response to our calls for help. We had problems with one relief person and Mark was excellent at working through the issue with us so we were able to resolve the issue without drama. Communication with Mark is excellent. He gets on the job of finding a temp immediately and has saved the day for us on more than one occasion"

"Mark Robertson and Balmoral Services have been key to the functionality of my business since our debut in 2013. In one instance when a temporary chef wasn't available Mark himself took over the operation of the kitchen. Not only preparing and cooking meals during the busy lunch service but in his own down time. He created specials for our often un-used blackboard, knuckled down prices with our suppliers and on one occasion even sourced a fridge when we had a breakdown. I can say with certainty that our restaurant would have had to shut it's doors on more than one occasion without the help of Mr Robertson and his team"
